Teachers living in Korea love their convenience stores, some have even called them home. A fellow Korea blogger wrote awhile back that there are over 2,900 7-Eleven stores in Korea. Check out how close I live to my favorite 7-Eleven and all you can find inside. What is your favorite Korean convenience store goodie?

The clock reads 2 am. Sleep doesn’t seem to be an option tonight. You don’t feel like staying in your place any longer. So the wonderful question arises, what to do now? Well if you’re like me then those late night walks are wonderful. But, if that doesn’t fancy you, there is always 7/11 or one of the other various corner stores Korea has to offer.

I love to eat. While I would not consider myself a foodie, as a teacher in South Korea I am always excited to try new things. Yet, because of this, I am put in an interesting situation when it comes to our working hours. It should come as no surprise that we work different hours (I work till 10:30pm most nights) than what would be expected back home.  I am here to offer a few tips on late night dining options.
