I just have this feeling that self-serve bars would not fly in the US. I'm not sure why, but I think the concept would fail miserably. As I prepare for my departure, I also have to wave goodbye to my bartending career. I enjoyed (maybe a bit too much) being my own bartender while living and teaching in Korea.
